Trees of Corrales warrants, to the extent of the purchase price only, that nursey stock is true to name and will be in a healthy, viable condition when shipped. Because of elements over which we have no control, no warranty as to the productivity or livability of our product can be given. No other warranty is expressed or implied.

Claims for damage, error or unsatisfactory quality must be made in writing within 48 hours from receipt of shipment. Any photos or other supporting evidence is greatly appreciated.

To establish credit terms, a confidential credit application must be submitted and approved. Until approval is received, we accept payment by cash, check, or credit card.

Finance charges of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum will be billed on the 1st of every month for all past due amounts.

Returns must be made within 24 hours of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Returns are only accepted for container stock that is in acceptable condition and has not been planted or removed from its container. B&B trees are not eligible for return.

TOC Wholesale offers Contract Grow and Plant Reservation programs to secure material for upcoming projects. Plant Reservation secures existing inventory or allows us to source material through our trusted growing partners, while Contract Grow adds plants to our production schedule specifically to meet your project needs.

All reserved or contract-grown material requires a deposit and signed agreement and is subject to agreed timelines and availability. Please contact our sales team to discuss options.

TOC Wholesale offers an earned discount program based on annual purchase volume. Discount levels are established when a customer account is opened, based on projected purchasing potential, and are reviewed in August at the end of each season for the following year.
